Being a host comes with certain responsibilities. Here are some tips to help you along.
Interact with the Guest Smartly
Always pay and communicate on BlackDoors. Use BlackDoors' messaging system to get to know your guests and share expectations about the trip or your space.
It is helpful to look at the profiles of your potential guests.
Trust your gut. If something about the booking request doesn't feel right to you, just don't accept it!
Fill out your House Rules
Having your house rules completed helps set expectations for guests. In your rules, list out what you would like people to know before they book your space, such as whether smoking is allowed, if certain areas are off-limits, WiFi details and whether guests should have their shoes off before coming inside.
