Even if you’ve already made your booking, it’s your choice whether to accept or decline a host’s offer to book an alternate listing.
Before your host confirmed your booking
If you don’t yet have a confirmed booking and the host offers you a different listing from the one you discussed, you can book your booking at this listing or simply look for a new space. You have no obligation to accept the new listing and you should make sure that the listing fits your needs before booking.
After you’ve paid for your booking
If your host is asking you to stay in a different listing than you originally booked and you’re okay with a switch, contact our Customer Experience Team and request for special arrangement.
After you’ve checked in
If upon check-in, you feel the listing is not what you booked on BlackDoors, contact our Customer Experience Team and consult our Guest Refund Policy We will make sure you either get the listing you booked or receive a refund.
